Flexorand Speedbinder General Operation
The flexorand speedbinder is a sewing machine that uses a pre fabricated tape to bind and finish cut edges of rugs, carpets and tufted products. Carpet binder binding machines can be used either on a table or on the floor on site. Carpet binding machines are used on carpets and rugs in cars, caravans, boats and airplanes where the carpet edge needs protecting and finishing and may not be able to be fastened down. Inside and outside corners can be readily bound without any modification to the machine. The tapes used can be a range of materials and colours and come in two standard widths. The carpet binding machines can be adapted to work with both widths of binding tape. These carpet binding machines are an economical and efficient alternative carpet whipping machines. The Flexorand Speedbinder carpet binding machines have been developed over many years to give ease of operation and consistent reliable results. Tape widths can be either 2.5 cm wide or wide-band at 12 cm wide. Skirting strips can be easily made with the addition of a skirting strip station and further adapted with the addition automatic reeler.
